利用規約 Terms of Service

国際臨床医学会国際臨床研究者認定e-learning(以下、e-learningサイト)のコンテンツ作成と運営は、国際臨床医学会が行っています。
e-learningサイトの利用にあたっては、以下の利用規約(以下、本規約)をお読みいただき、同意される場合にお使いください。
本規約は、国際臨床医学会が運営するウェブサービス(以下、当サービス)の利用条件を定めるものです。
本規約は予告なく変更することがありますので、予めご了承ください。

第1条:適用
本規約は、ユーザーと当サイトとの間のサービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条:ユーザーID及びパスワードの管理
ユーザーは、自己の責任において、当サイトのユーザーID(メールアドレス)及びパスワードを管理するものとします。
ユーザーは、いかなる場合にも、ユーザーID及びパスワードを第三者に譲渡又は貸与することはできません。
e-learningサイトでは、ユーザーIDとパスワードの組み合わせが登録情報と一致してログインされた場合には、そのユーザーIDを登録しているユーザー自身による利用とみなします。

第3条:個人情報の取扱
当サイト、e-learningサイトの利用に際して利用者から取得した氏名、所属組織、メールアドレス等の個人情報は、別途定める「 プライバシーポリシー 」に則り取り扱われます。

第4条:著作権等知的財産権
e-learningサイト上の著作物(文章、画像、イラスト、写真、文書等全般)の著作権は、国際臨床医学会および国際臨床医学会にそれらを提供した協力者又は提供者に帰属します。

第5条:免責事項
当サイト、e-learningサイトの掲載内容に関する質問にはお答えしかねます。 当サイト、e-learningサイトの掲載情報は、学説が諸説ある場合には、すべてを網羅していない場合があります。
利用者がe-learningサイトの情報を用いて行うことにより、何らかの不利益を被ることがあっても、一切の責任を負うものではありません。
e-learningサイトは、予告なしに内容を変更又は削除する場合があります。

第6条:利用解除
利用者が本規約に反する行為をした場合、即時にサービスを停止することができます。

The International Society of Clinical Medicine’s International Clinical Research Professional Certification e-learning (hereafter referred to as the e-learning site) is created and managed by the International Society of Clinical Medicine.
Before using the e-learning site, please read the following terms of use (hereafter referred to as the Terms of Use) and proceed if you accept these terms.
These Terms of Use define the terms of use of the web service operated by the International Society of Clinical Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
Please note that these Terms of Use are subject to change without notice.

Article 1: Application
These Terms of Service shall apply to all relationships between users and this site relating to the use of services.

Article 2: User ID and password management
Users shall be responsible for managing their user IDs (email addresses) and passwords for this site.

If the combination of user ID and password matches the registration information when an individual has logged into the e-learning site, the individual will be considered the registered user.

Copyrights of works (sentences, images, illustrations, photographs, documents, and other general content) appearing on the e-learning site belong to the International Society of Clinical Medicine and the collaborators or contributors who provided them to the International Society of Clinical Medicine.

Article 5: Disclaimer
The International Society of Clinical Medicine cannot answer questions about the contents of this site or the e-learning site. The information posted on this site and the e-learning site may not include all theoretical arguments regarding any given subject matter.
We do not take any responsibility for any adverse impacts caused by the use of information on the e-learning site.
Content of the e-learning site may be modified or deleted without any prior notice.

Article 6: Cancellation of use
If the user violates these Terms of Use, the service may be stopped immediately.

Article 7: Changes to service and other content
This site and the e-learning site may change or discontinue site content without notifying the user, and will not be responsible for any damage caused to the user as a result.

Article 8: Notifications and communications
Notifications and communications to users related to this site and the e-learning site will be made in accordance with the methods stipulated by the International Association of Clinical Medicine.

国際臨床医学会が運営している電子申請システムとの連携
国際臨床医学会内における臨床研究に関する委員会事務局や監査室等の管理組織による受講状況の確認
システム運用管理、不具合対応、受講者からの依頼に基づく対応
学会、論文発表
上記の利用目的に付随する利用目的のため

2.第三者への開示・提供
ユーザーから取得した利用者の情報は、以下の目的のために第三者への開示・提供を行うことがあります。
情報の主体者たるユーザー本人の事前の同意がある場合
事前に守秘義務契約を締結している外部の事業者に、業務の一部又は全てを委託する場合
法令等により個人情報の開示を求められた場合
必要に応じて本ポリシーは変更することがあります。

The following privacy policy (the Policy) is established to address the handling of personal information on the International Society of Clinical Medicine website and the International Clinical Research Professional Certification e-learning site (hereinafter referred to as the Sites).

Guidance and provision of information regarding the varied subject matter provided by the Sites
Operation of the Sites, and consideration, development, and provision of content in accordance with usage status and user attributes

Confirmation of participation status by management groups such as the committee secretariat and audit office related to clinical research within the International Society of Clinical Medicine
System operation management, troubleshooting, responding to requests from participants

2.Disclosure and provision of information to third parties
Information obtained from users may be disclosed or provided to third parties for the following purposes.
Upon prior consent of the user who is the subject of the information
When outsourcing all or part of operations to an external business operator who has concluded a non-disclosure agreement in advance
When disclosure of personal information is required by law
This policy is subject to modification as needed.

This policy will be effective from October 11, 2022.
